Dr. Brooke Scheller, DCN, CNS
Dr. Brooke is a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition, Author and Founder of Functional Sobriety. After embarking on her own sobriety journey in 2021, Dr. Brooke dove deep into the science and nutrition to support recovery from chronic alcohol use.
In 2022, Dr. Brooke founded Functional Sobriety while authoring her debut book, How to Eat to Change How You Drink: Heal Your Gut, Mend Your Mind, and Improve Nutrition to Change Your Relationship with Alcohol.
Dr. Brooke has worked with hundreds of clients around the world, performing in-depth testing and analysis to help create custom nutrition and supplement plans to overcome chronic disease, support sober and sober-curious goals, and overcome mental health concerns.
